| Why Ransome's Legacy? Well, Ransome was my Irish Setter when I was a child. It was with her that my love for animals began. I thought it would be a fitting tribute to one of my best friends. I decided I wanted to start a pet sitting business because I wanted something to do out of my home and that involved animals. Working in a Veterinary Hospital can be heart wrenching at times so when someone suggested pet sitting it was a match made in heaven. I have also discovered that being a pet owner and traveling is sometimes a grueling proposition. We all have friends but sometimes it feels like too much to ask for them to care for our babies. I knew it'd be reassuring to hire a professional pet sitter. Someone to come into my house, love my babies, make it look like someone is home and not feel as if I'm stepping on anyone's toes by asking a friend.
